Appointments

Consultations are by appointment but urgent medical problems will be attended to on presentation. You are encouraged to request to see your preferred GP.

To help us run on time:

  Please advise us if you need extra time as longer appointments are available on request

  Phone ahead if time is a concern

  Notify us if you are unable to attend

  Ensure a separate appointment is made for each person who wishes to see the doctor

Telehealth appointments

Telehealth appointments are available for regular patients with Influenza, COVID-19 or common coldsymptoms. Telehealth appointments are available for non complex results, medical certificates and some prescriptions. Please call the practice to see if you are eligible. Medicare will not pay a rebate for a telephone or telehealth consultation if you have not attended this surgery within the last 12 months. Payment fees apply and pre-registration of bank card/ credit card via HotDoc are required prior to appointment

Home visits

Home visits are available to regular patients for substantial medical reasons, however, most problems are best dealt with at the surgery.  Please phone and we will accommodate your needs to fit in with the day’s schedule
