CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. However, to ensure we can provide timely care to all our patients, we ask that you please take note of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice

Kindly provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee for standard appointments or an $80 cancellation fee for longer appointments.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee for standard appointments or $80 cancellation fee for longer appointments will apply.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment of Fees

Cancellation fees must be paid prior to your next visit. Future appointments may be affected if fees are not paid.

Important Notice:
Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) and no-shows will be charged cancellation fees which apply regardless of third-party coverage (e.g., Medicare, DVA, Workcover QLD, CTP).
While we may consider waiving the fee in exceptional cases, repeated occurrences may result in us declining to reschedule future appointments.
Please remember that missed appointments prevent us from offering that time slot to other patients in need.
We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware you cannot attend. Patients receiving treatment under third-party funding are also subject to the cancellation policies of that funding body.
