about us
MEET THE TEAM
Chancellor Park Medical Centre opened in 1998 and originally employed two doctors, a part-time nurse and a receptionist. In December 2012, Dr Dal Goodman and his wife, Katherine, purchased the practice and renamed it Suncoast Family Medical Pty Ltd. In 2017 the name was changed to Sippy Downs Family Medical Pty Ltd.
Many upgrades have been made to the facilities, equipment and procedures to provide our patients with the highest quality of care. The practice is fully accredited to the standards of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Sippy Downs Family Medical now has one full-time and four part-time doctors, two nurses,
a practice manager, one full-time and three part-time receptionists..
We pride ourselves on being the ONLY family-owned general practice in Sippy Downs. We have been providing quality health care on the Sunshine Coast since 1998, encompassing local suburbs such as Sippy Downs, Tanawha, Buderim, Mountain Creek, Forest Glen and Ilkley.
We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services to families and individuals in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Apart from standard general practice items, our services include women’s, men’s and children’s health, management of chronic health problems, advice on diabetic and asthma care, pre-employment medicals, annual checkups, vaccinations, skin checks, minor surgical procedures and health assessments for all ages.
